PERSONAL TRAINING
Ignite gives personal training to a number of clients at all fitness levels. Whatever level you are at, you can enjoy the rewards and benefits of a programme that is personally designed to fit your individual needs and goals.Your programme will be designed for you and you alone. Ignite will work with you 1-2-1, with a friend or in a group. Ignite will begin by listening to you and understanding your fitness objectives, then develop your personalised fitness programme and help you stick to it. In the end, you reach your goals through your own hard work and dedication. It’s that simple.

- Flexibility & balance
- Sports conditioning
- Event preparation
- Toning up
- Improving overall health & wellbeing
How it works:
1. Consultation - We discuss your goals and create an understanding of your situation and the Ignite beliefs that will help you achieve your goals.
2. Health/ Fitness assessment - This gives us a foundation and understanding of our starting point so an appropriate and effective programme can be formulated. Don't worry the assessment is straight forward!
3. First session - the start of your new programme and new you!
4. Review - We will look to review every 6 weeks dependant on your frequency with sessions. This allows for programme adjustments and resetting goals.
Where are the sessions held?
Ignite has use of a high level facility in Leeds, but will also come to your desired location, whether it be home or work.
BLITZ FITNESS CLASS
Ignite runs Blitz Fitness Classes for those who would like to train in a group environment. The classes have no more than 10 people in each class and focus on practical effective exercises that will help you get in great shape. If you would like to sign up to a class please contact Ignite. Perhaps there are a few of you who would like your own class, or you may be part of a team who would find this beneficial. If this is the case, again please contact Ignite and we can set up your very own class.

NUTRITIONAL GUIDENCE

Balance, rather than faddy diets, is the key to maintaining a healthy weight and maximising your performance at work, at play or in the gym. Eating thoughtfully will lead to an improved sporting performance and lifestyle. Ignite will guide you in the right direction and help you make the correct food choices for you specifically and what your sport and lifestyle requires.
