IGNITE BACKGROUND
Ignite Sports was founded in 2008 by Duncan McCarthy. With a life long experience in sport, and competing personally at an elite level in multiple sports, Duncan turned his passion into his job. After studying at University, Duncan went onto further qualifications in each of his specialist areas. Today Duncan has a Diploma in Sports NLP - Hypnosis Psychology, is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Sports Nutritionist. All this, along with his degree, has given Duncan a wide range of knowledge that he gives to his athletes. Duncan’s knowledge has not only come from an academic background, but from personal achievement and development in the real world, and having a clear understanding of why the world’s best athletes are the best.
Since 2008 Ignite has worked with individuals and athletes at all levels. From the individual who may want an improved lifestyle through to leading Professional athletes and teams, Ignite has helped all of their clients reach new levels in their day to day living and sporting performance.

Golf: LET Tour, European Challenge Tour, Europro Tour, PGA Professionals, International amateurs, County ......................amateurs.
Motorsport: GT Cup
Football: Northern Conference Academy, Bradford City Centre of Excellence.
Ignite works very closely with individuals who don't neccesarily play sports but still have a desire to improve their fitness and lifestyles. Regardless of your objectives and present levels Ignite will thrive on helping you achieve those new levels.
