Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

We will always aim to keep you updated throughout the order process and this includes delivery. Items will usually be shipped within 1 working day of them being received by ourselves and quality checked (weekends and bank holidays not included). The items will be posted out via a tracked service (Royal Mail, DPD, eVRi, UPS, or others) and all tracking information will be supplied to yourself, the customer, within 24 hours of postage. The aim of this is such that your parcel should reach you within 48 working hours from dispatch. 

Exceptions to this are deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Scottish Isles can take 3 to 4 working days. The collection date/times and delivery date/times shown on our site are estimates only and are not guaranteed on any service. Collections/deliveries may be delayed for reasons that are out of the control of both ourselves & by UK Mail Delivery and any other particular carrier. We reserve the right to not refund all or part of the service in these instances. All tracking information will also be available through your account, by logging in on the website.  

On each of our services offered the couriers commit to attempting to deliver the parcel or consignment at least once. if the consignment cannot be delivered due to not being able to obtain satisfactory receipt from the address the courier may attempt at an address within close proximity and leave details at the delivery point and/or update this information on the tracking. Should the parcel be held after a missed or failed delivery attempt it is the Customer’s responsibility to contact the Delivery provider to arrange collection or re-delivery of the parcel/consignment.  failure to do this could result in the parcel being returned and additional charges being applied. Any discrepancies in the information supplied may result in a delay in transit, loss of item or charges, or last but not exhausted, the parcel being returned to sender. If any additional costs are encountered by the Delivery company due to incorrect information supplied by the Customer, it will be the Customer’s responsibility to cover these costs.

Return & Exchange Policy

Upon receipt of the goods, the customer shall examine them for defects without undue delay, as per the terms and conditions set out on the website. 


Written notification to ourselves of any obvious defects shall be given without undue delay, but no later than within 7 days of receipt of the goods or in line with the terms and conditions. Notification of hidden defects shall be given within 7 days of their discovery. Such notification of defects must be in writing and shall precisely specify the type and extent of the defect along with any supporting evidence such as photographs or videos. Please also include what your ideal resolution would be. Once sent to ourselves we will aim to reply with any follow-up questions within 2 working days. Should we not have any further questions or require any additional information from you we will aim to have a response and a suggestable resolution provided within 5 working days. This offer will stand for the time scales set out in our terms and condition. A timescale for the suggested resolution will also be provided at the time the resolution is offered. Once accepted, this offer will not be altered or withdrawn by either parties unless inline with the terms and condtions of the purchase.
